Development of Nursing Undergraduate Education in China
【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the research focus of education in the undergraduate stage of nursing in recent 5 years in China, and to provide references for the future development of nursing education career. Methods: Education related research literatures of nursing majors published in the past five years were searched in the electronic database. Keywords in the included literatures were analyzed by using Bicomb 2.0, Excel and SPSS 19.0 software. Results: 319 references were included, 717 keywords were extracted, 30 high-frequency keywords were selected, and 5 research hotspots were obtained through cluster analysis. In the past five years, education in the undergraduate stage of nursing in China has developed and still faces challenges. Conclusion: This study provides reference for the future development of education teaching.

Cultivation and Topics of Chinese Clinical Nursing Preceptors
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the domestic and foreign evaluation system and training program for clinical nursing preceptors. It points out that the domestic training and evaluation system of clinical nursing teachers is not perfect, and that the domestic training of clinical nursing preceptors mostly comprises experiential training. In the future, we should consider deploying a combination of school teachers and clinical teaching teachers, such as continuing education and setting up the teaching evaluating system, to better cultivate students and form a unified clinical nursing teacher training system.

The situation of nursing education in Japan
-Regarding undergraduate nursing education-
【Abstract】 In the nursing bachelor course in Japan, it is required to maintain and improve the quality of education by following the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle of education. Active learning is recommended for achieving the goal. In order to lead great learning from activities, the way of teaching must be changed from the traditional way of “teaching” into “facilitating”.

Nursing teacher training and problem in Japan
〜focusing on nurse training school〜
【Abstract】 In our country, basic nursing education is conducted at university and nurse training school. The number of nursing universities have been increasing. But the nurse training schools are still responsible for about 60%. The purpose of this report is to conduct how nursing teachers of nursing training schools are trained to enhance basic nursing education.
