We will introduce some clinical works in our epartment（Dept. Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Peking University School & Hospital of Stomatology）as follows: 1. Reconstruction of soft tissue defects after head neck ablative surgery. Some vascular-free flaps and regional flaps was introduced, including classification of defects, indications, advantages and disadvantages of different reconstructive methods were retrospective analyzed. 2. Reconstruction of jaws. The free flaps transfer is reliable and can reconstruct the extensive oral and maxillofacial traumatic soft and hard tissue defects. Our treatments include the Zurich Approach which are early treatment using Hotz’s plate and two-stage palatoplasty using Perko’s technique.
